• RABBIT & CAVY SHOW: Sunday, September 17, 2023.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• This will be a Carrying Case Show.
• ADMINISTRATION FEE: $10.00
• ENTRY FEE: $1.00/entry
• ENTRY FORMS: Completed entry forms may be submitted by, fax, phone, email, delivered in-person to the LEX office, or completed online at https://www.assistexpo.ca/lindsayex.

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Entries close Wednesday, September 6, 2023. Absolutely no entries will be accepted after this date.
2. Entry form to be completed using class number for breed, section letter to identify sex & age. Example. A Californian, Senior Buck is class 7001. A.
3. No Substitutions are allowed after the entry closing date.
4. Exhibitors are limited to 2 animals per class.
5. The committee reserves the right to refuse or limit an entry.
6. Exhibitors will receive Admission Passes to the email that is listed on the entry form. Exhibitor admission passes will be allocated based on the number of livestock entered.
7. Animals to be dropped off Saturday, September 16, from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm or Sunday, September 17, 7:00 am - 8:30 am.
8. Animals must be in place for judging by 9:00 am in Sunday, September 17, 2023.
9. Animals to be picked up between 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Sunday, September 17, 2023.
10. A vet will be on-site during animal check-in.
11. Any animals deemed unhealthy by the committee at any time during the show will be removed, Prize money for those birds will be forfeited.
12. Rules & Regulations of the Lindsay Agricultural Society are in effect.
13. Exceptions to any rules may be made by the Chairperson.
14. The LEX competitions will be held according to the latest COVID-19 Event Protocol approves by the HKPR Health Unit. All then-current COVID 19 health and safety protocols will be in place and all participants, including but not limited to exhibitors, officials, and volunteers will be expected to adhere to the restrictions at all times. Anyone who fails to adhere to the restrictions will be asked to leave the LEX Grounds and will forfeit and prize money earned.
