Why should you apply?
Being an Ambassador is one of the most rewarding leadership opportunities for youth in the community! This program provides the successful individuals with invaluable learning opportunities that will help shape them as aspiring young professionals.
Meet Nadine
Hi there! My name is Nadine, and I was the 1995 Fair Queen for the Lindsay Exhibition. I applied to the program because a friend of mine was the current fair queen and encouraged me to apply! What I enjoyed most about being the fair queen was learning more about our fair and being so proud to promote it and share it with others!
Meet Megan
Hi there! My name is Megan, and I was the 2013 Ambassador for the Lindsay Exhibition. I applied to the program because I was interested in opportunities that got me involved within our community and allowed me to build my communication and leadership skills! What I enjoyed most about being the fair ambassador was the opportunity it gave me to get to know so many people, to be involved with our agricultural society, and to represent our community at large events (convention and CNE).
Meet Cassandra
Hi there! My name is Cassandra, and I was the 2014 ambassador of the Fair for the Lindsay Exhibition. With both of my parents being involved with the Board of Directors since I was born, I grew up at this fair, showed my cattle at the fair, and always missed the week of school for the fair. I looked up to previous ambassadors and always knew I wanted to represent the fair as an ambassador when I was old enough. as the ambassador I really enjoyed being able to attend and watch some of the shows and competitions that I hadn’t always had time to see.
